Rajesh K. Jain, MD, MPH
Total Joint Replacement
Dr. Jain grew up in Rochester, New York. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University, graduating with honors. He went on to obtain a Masters in Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Dr. Jain then completed medical school as well as his Orthopedic Residency at the State University of New York (SUNY) Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. During his residency, he achieved a distinction in research in the area of patient outcomes and Total Joint Replacement. This sparked his interest in Joint Replacement and led him to Boston, Massachusetts. There he completed the prestigious Otto E. Aufranc Fellowship in Joint Replacement and Adult Reconstructive Surgery at one of the busiest joint replacement centers in the country: the renowned New England Baptist Hospital. Dr. Jain joined Reconstructive Orthopedics in September of 2007 and his practice has been expanding very quickly since that time. Dr. Jain is very personable and gives patients as much time as they need to feel comfortable. His bedside manner is impeccable and he is a delightful physician.
Dr. Jain specializes in Minimally Invasive (MIS) Total Hip and Total Knee Replacements, as well as Unicondylar (Partial) Knee Replacements. His expertise also encompasses Revision Joint Replacement and complex joint reconstructions, as well as non-operative treatment of various hip and knee disorders. Dr. Jain is a member of the Quality Assurance Committee at Virtua Memorial Hospital of Burlington County. He also holds membership in the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons.
When Dr. Jain is not taking care of patients, he enjoys spending time with his family, working out, and playing the guitar.
