 John M. Gray, MD
Sports Medicine
Dr. Gray is a native of Oceanside, New York. He received his Bachelor of Science degree at Cornell University and entered the medical field at the State University of New York (SUNY) in Syracuse where he graduated with an MD degree. Dr. Gray’s orthopedic residency was then accomplished at the same institution. A fellowship in the renowned Knoxville Orthopedic Clinic was accomplished under the direction of Dr. William T. Youmans, where he specialized in sports medicine. Dr. Gray joined Reconstructive Orthopedics in the mid-1990s and has never looked back. Dr. Gray is currently the Medical Director for the Vantage Surgery Center, a facility that he personally, along with several colleagues, developed, designed, and facilitated over an extended period of time.
Dr. Gray takes great pride in his family and tries to spend as much time as possible, when he is not running or golfing, with them. Dr. Gray has dedicated himself to the field of sports medicine and has been asked, year after year, to assume the title of Athletic Physician for the Rancocas Valley High School football teams. He attends their games and assists all the players with any injuries. Dr. Gray has a reputation of friendly excellence. He is always prepared and a pleasure without end.
